These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between "us" (Play ID, developed by Hippo Games) and end "users" (players and application users).

1. Conditions of Use

Play ID is a free identity federation and backend service that empowers third-party applications and games with essential cloud services, including: Authentication, Remote Config, Cloud Saves, Analytics, Leaderboards, and Achievements. Our service infrastructure is hosted in the United States, and our official service web portal is located at: https://playid.org.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Before you continue using our identity services, website, or connected gaming backend solutions, we strongly advise you to read our comprehensive Privacy Policy. Reviewing this policy will help you better understand our secure data collection, storage, and processing practices, including how we handle third-party identity credentials (such as Google OAuth tokens).

3. Payments and Monetization

We do not accept or process any financial payments from end users. All our services, identity provisioning, and core backend management tools remain entirely free of charge for players and end users.

By using this website or authenticating through the Play ID network, you agree that the laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these Terms of Use, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Play ID, you, or our business partners and game development associates.
